Welcome to Xpress Pediatrics, Urgent Care for Children, in Silver Spring and Pikesville, Maryland, is a welcoming practice dedicated to serving children through age 21. The office, led by Raj Gattu, MD, FAAP, accepts appointments as well as walk-ins.
Xpress Pediatrics, Urgent Care for Children is proud to offer the most current technologies that streamline the patient experience, including telemedicine visits, paperless registration for new patients, online scheduling, and e-prescriptions, among much else.
To build upon their mission of convenience, Xpress Pediatrics, Urgent Care for Children provides extended hours, 7 days a week, 12pm-10pm onsite diagnostics, and expert pediatric referrals.

We went to Xpress Pediatrics to get a rapid COVID test for my daughter so she could attend school the following day. We walked into the clinic at around 8:30 and were taken right away.
